Marcelo Lima Verde transitioned from a career in electronic engineering to become a leader in coffee growing in the Alto Paranaiba region, with his Kaizen farm.
The farm bears the name Kaizen — meaning “Continuous Improvement” — which reflects the philosophy guiding its regenerative agriculture practices.
Marcelo has implemented sustainable technologies such as biological composting, optimizing both productivity and quality.
Kaizen's credibility is reinforced by its rigorous management system (Educampo) and a solid portfolio of international certifications: Regenagri, Rainforest Alliance, 4C, and Carbon Neutral. Its specialty Arabica coffee is exported to the United States, Canada, and Europe.
